About the Show:
Join artists of all types and temperaments
for the WOW Fort Collins Art Show & Benefit. With painters, photographers, sculptors, spoken word poets, musicians, and writers all supporting in
their own unique ways, the diverse creativity from this show will be like dynamite for your concrete mind.
Theme: Please submit one image or more that has some association to “WOW”. We will accept paintings, photographs, sculpture, and mixed
media (Please call 970-308-0791 if you have another medium that you would like to submit)

A show to WOW the public and A Fund Raiser for CoCOA.

SHOW INFORMATION
Show Dates: Friday October 3- Saturday October 25, 2008
Location: Poudre River Art Center, The CoCOA Gallery
402 N. College Ave, Fort Collins, CO
Opening Reception: Friday, October 3rd 5-10pm
Closing Reception and Awards and Live Auction of 15 lucky art pieces will begin Saturday October 25 at 6:00pm
Notification of Participation: Please notify us if you are going to participate no later than October 1, 2008 by returning your sale sheets to William

DELIVERY / PICK UP INFORMATION
Drop off Work: Please drop off work at the CoCOA Gallery 402 North College Ave Sunday Septmeber 28th 10am to 2pm
September 29th 10 am-2pm and October 1 10am-2pm
The sooner you get a digital image to us the more exposure you will have.
You can email us an image to upload for the Web site and for the ebay auction to "WilliamPilch@msn.com"
Picking up winning artwork: Pick it up Saturday after the Auction October 25th at 9:00pm or by calling William Pilch at 970-308-0791 and arranging a
time to pick it up.
We will notify patrons of winning silent auctions and arrange times to pick up art.
If you don't have a digital image please contact us so we can create one for you.
Unsold art will need to be picked up by Oct 31 and any art work left after 30 days will be donated.
SALE AND AWARD INFORMATION
See your art at www.WOWFORTCOLLINS.com or look for it on Ebay.
Just type in your name on the search engine in eBay. Your art will run on the Ebay Auction for 7 days with the reserve price that you set. Let us know
if you want it to run a certain week so all your friends and patrons can bid on it.
Awards and Prizes will be awarded to Artists that WOW us the most.
Auction: Silent. The Auction runs from the time we receive an art piece to close of show unless the reserve is reached and then it is immediately
sold to that person. ( A Photo will then be used for show awards and prize at the show)
Please price your work for the ebay reserve auction to give the best auction possibilities while making sure the minimum bid works for you.
Proceeds benefit CoCOA
Commission Split: 33% to artist and the remaining to CoCOA and production.
The sale of your art work will be up to a 50% charitable donation
If the reserve is not met on ebay or online or at the live auction it will be sold to the highest bidder on the final day of the show.
WOW FORT COLLINS has the right to refuse any art donated.
